Privacy Policy

This is a starting-point template. Replace with your finalised privacy policy before going live.

We collect: account details (name, email, mobile), business details, customer details you add, and the content of WhatsApp messages you send to Bill. Voice notes are transcribed using OpenAI and the transcript is stored on your account.

We process payments via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Your customer data is private to your business; we use Postgres Row Level Security to enforce isolation between tenants.

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@bill.app.
